Vegetarian pizza

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 220g sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 medium chopped pumpkin
  • 4 glues of whole wheat flour
  • 100 ml unsalted tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Grease the unroasted part of 2 teaspoons with half the amount of sauce, put the vegetables on the two tins and add half the amount of mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 2 minutes or until the mozzarella melts. Do the same with the other 2 glues.

Pizza with tomatoes and ricotta

The fresh aromas make this pizza an excellent choice no matter the time of day. The juicy tomatoes make a delicious contrast with pesto and cheese. Also, if you use fresh tomatoes instead of tomato sauce you will cut from the amount of sodium in the preparation.


  • 250g cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300g pizza dough
  • 100g ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 tablespoons milk 1% fat
  • 1 garlic dog, crushed
  • 50g feta cheese, shredded
  • fresh basil leaves

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees with the pizza tray. Combine the tomatoes with the oil on an aluminum foil and place in the oven for 7 minutes.

Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet, place the dough with the paper in the tray and prick it with a fork. Leave it in the oven for 4 minutes.

Mix ricotta, pesto, milk and garlic and spread the mixture over the dough, leaving the edges blank. Add the feta and bake pizza for 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and leave the pizza in the oven for 4 minutes. At the end, add the basil leaves and cut the pizza into 8 slices.

Pizza with asparagus, mushrooms and onions

This pizza can be baked in half and then frozen and reheated later. You can use any vegetable, but avoid fresh tomatoes because they will not last in the freezer.


  • 200g pizza dough
  • 600g sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 2 small red onions, cut into thin slices
  • 300g asparagus, cut into pieces
  • 150ml non-salted tomato sauce
  • 200g fresh mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tip of chilli flakes
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 1 point of salt knife

Divide the dough in two and leave it in a covered bowl at room temperature for half an hour. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and allow two pans to warm.

Mix mushrooms and onion in a greased pan with a little olive oil and leave it in the oven for 15 minutes. Add the asparagus and leave for another 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool.

In the trays heated in the oven spread a little flour, spread the two pieces of dough and oil them with a little olive oil. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes at the same temperature. Spread the tomato sauce over the two doughs, leaving a margin of one centimeter free. Add the mixture of vegetables and mozzarella. Leave the pizza back in the oven for 5 minutes. Then freeze it, leave it in the oven for another 5 or 6 minutes.

In a bowl mix the arugula and lemon juice. After the pizza is baked, add the arugula and a little salt on top.
